Kids Planet are one of the UK's largest childcare providers, and they needed a recruitment video that reflected just how special their nurseries are to work in. We spent a day on-site at one of their nurseries, sitting down with staff from across the business, not just practitioners, but chefs, maintenance team members and more, asking them about the culture, what drew them to Kids Planet, and why they'd recommend it to others. Alongside the interviews, we captured b-roll of staff going about their day, interacting with the children and doing what they do best. The result is a video that gives potential candidates a genuine, unscripted look at life inside Kids Planet, the kind of content that attracts people who are joining for the right reasons.
